- Open the packet and pour the desired quantity in the warmer. Set the temperature at High (45° C) for 15-25 minutes for thin consistency. Set the temperature at low for rest of the day.
- Test the wax temperature on the back side of your wrist before waxing the client.
- Clean the depilation area to degrease the skin
- Apply a thin layer of wax using a waxing spatula in the direction of the hair growth.( if waxing near eyes, request the client to keep eyes closed)
- Use a medium-firm pressure with your spatula to ensure wax is pressed all the way down to the skin.
- The edges of your strip need to be slightly thicker.
- Wait for 5 to 6 seconds, and when the wax is no longer sticky to touch, stretch the skin, and pull the hard wax briskly against the growth of the hair in one quick motion.
- Immediately apply firm pressure to the epilated area with the cushion of your fingers
- Apply Oil to remove wax residues and soothe the skin.
- Never apply wax to newly epilated areas.
